This week we talk about the inner workings to the different moving parts to a business. How to rely on your co-workers and their specialized knowledge, but not draw them away from their own daily tasks.
Balancing this is difficult. With the use of Organizational Intellect everyone in their specific role is a leader. They will either know or grow to learn how to mediate tasks and utilize the skill sets of each of their co-workers. Trust is the underlying issue that gets in the way of Organizational Intellect and once a business gets past that the plan starts to come to fruition like a well oiled machine.
